About Social Quiztancing®

Social Quiztancing® was formed out of a desire to remain social during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic.  We found that most of the opportunities for connection that were available to us in isolation were primarily spectative activities.

So we decided to bring together friends from near and far to enjoy one of our favorite events: a pub-style trivia night.  Met with enthusiasm in our network from the outset, Social Quiztancing® is now a favorite weekly calendar fixture with many participants requesting customized quizzes for other groups. Beyond the short-term, we feel that this awakened a realization that people want to stay connected with friends, coworkers, and family through non-spectative activities even if separated by great distances.
